Imtec, Lda, legal person number 504086375, with headquarters in the Zona Industrial do Casal da Areia, Rua G, lote no. 24, 2460-392 Coz, hereinafter referred to as Imtec, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, undertaking to process them with full transparency and in strict respect for the privacy fundamental rights, freedoms and guarantees, ensuring full compliance with General Protection Regulation Data (RGPD).

Imtec has defined this “Privacy Policy” which provides information on how it is used and protected the information regarding personal data in the scope of the design and manufacture of moulds.

Personal data means any information that can identify, directly or indirectly, natural persons over 16 years of age and which are communicated in writing or verbally and stored in paper or Digital format.

This “Privacy Policy” applies to the personal data of job seekers, trainees, Imtec employees, customers / potential customers, subcontracted suppliers / employees and Website visitors.

Collection of personal data:
– Job seekers: data collection of job seekers is done following spontaneous applications by the candidate or by the employment centre.

– Employees / Imtec Trainees / Subcontracted Employees: the collection of data from Imtec employees is carried out following the completion of Mod. 010  (Quality form) and copy / scan of the citizen card and driving license. Where appropriate and in accordance with local laws and requirements, we may also collect health related information, information or diverse data about any criminal convictions.

– Customers and potential customers: in the scope of design and manufacture of moulds, we will collect information about the potential customer or customer and, when applicable, about the people who work for the customer to enable the elaboration and sending of commercial proposals. The collection may be made following a contact by Imtec or by the initiative of the customer or potential customer. The personal data of the customer employees and potential customers are listed in the “Contact Registration” (Commercial Document), Microsoft Outlook contact lists, Phone Contacts Lists, Mod.015, Mod.018, Mod.092, Mod.093, Mod.041, Mod.042, Mod.043, Mod.051 (Quality Forms) and the PHC software customer file.

– Suppliers / Subcontracted Employees: the information collected, which must be included in the supplier’s file on the PHC software, Mod.019, Mod.021, Mod.043, Mod.046, Mod.047, Mod.048, Mod.091 (Quality forms)  and it shall be the strictly necessary for accounting operations, contact details of relevant persons, bank data for the payment of products / services and, within the framework of the quality, environment and safety system, the necessary information for supplier evaluation / complaint.

Customers / Potential Customers – the sharing of this data will be done, provided that they express their consent, solely for activities inherent to the scope of Imtec, as well as for activities to which Imtec is legally obliged, in compliance with the legal provisions in force (for example computer services, assistance management software; accounting / taxation services; auditing entities; consulting companies; transport companies; administrative or judicial authorities).
